2009 has been a tough year for many companies, in China or not. While the Chinese government target to maintain a growth rate of 8% via massive government spending and stimulation of domestic investment and consumption, foreign organizations are said to be still struggling for growth rates that satisfy their top and bottom lines. As a result, many firms have been on a cost optimization mode!
