Employee Benefits Survey

“Excessively Generous Benefits can hurt the Bottom-line”

While too little benefits and allowances can pose a problem to attracting talents, an overly generous benefits and allowance policy can be costly.

To assist companies in reviewing their policies to ensure benefits costs are kept within manageable limits while maintaining market competitiveness, HRBS has launched the Employee Benefits Survey to provide information on market practices in a quantitative manner.

Leveraging on our database across 14 locations (Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan,Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam), we provide benchmarking capabilities for the following 16 benefit groups:

  • Club Membership
  • Professional Membership
  • Employee's Education
